Return of The DUCK
Hi there! The ROTARY DUCK is back! And . . . It’s official! It’s springtime! Time to start training for our Big Race on July 1st, 2014.
I haven’t talked to you for a while, but some of my friends have been working behind the scenes to make DUCKY 2014 another wonderful family and community event – part of the Courtenay July 1st celebrations. Over the next few weeks I’m going to introduce you to a number of the volunteers and generous local organisations that help support our race. I’ll also tell you about some of the community projects that are made possible by the money raised by the event.
