The count down is on!

Hey Duck Fans! I just finished my last big Sunday morning team Duck workout before the big race on July 1st! Let me tell you all the Ducks are in superb shape and are now tapering down to ensure they have peak form on Canada Day. The race is going to be exciting to watch and even more exciting for the ducks in the river. All the ducks have been working hard so it will be a close race, anyone could be the winner!
