Start your weekend having your senses delighted by a multiple course whiskey pairing meal prepared by Chef Aaron Rail, paired with Jameson and served in the Private Dining room.
Chef Aaron has worked long and hard to create relationships with many local farms, fisheries and food producers. This all culminates in his seasonally shifting menu, highlighting the best ingredients our region has to offer. Everything on the menu is crafted from scratch in-house, including all sauces, dressings and even breads.

Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Glenlivet, $125
Start your weekend with an amazing whiskey pairing dinner experience prepared by Executive Chef Nyle Petherbridge, paired with Glenlivet and served in the Kingfisher Event Room.
Nyle is an accomplished Canadian Red Seal Chef and has over 20 years’ experience including the Metropolitan Hotel, Le Méridien, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. He is inspired by the opportunity to create menus focused on not only local and wild product but also safe and sustainable ingredients.

Highland Park and The Macallan, and Diageo.
Grand Tasting, 8PM, $100 (50% sold out)
Last year the tasting room floor had more than 60 varieties of single malts, blends, bourbon, and rye, alongside fabulous appetizers.
