Master Classes, 6:30-7:45PM

AWSM/Authentic, $175 (includes Grand Tasting), 40 seats

James, Teresa and the team at Authentic Wines & Spirits bring a rich industry heritage underpinned by deep knowledge and insights. For their Master Class, you can expect a fine representation from Benromach and GlenAllachie. In the 8-selection sampling, you’ll taste ambers and browns of varying ages, a peat-smoke bourbon, and a special offering. This Master Class has something for everyone, from seasoned connoisseurs to folks just beginning to develop their whiskey palate.

Stillhead, $180 (includes Grand Tasting), 28 seats

The island’s own Stillhead Distillery is known around the island for its fine spirits, expanding the selection year after year with internationally award-winning offerings. They continue to innovate with their exclusive and limited-release special cask-finished whiskies, utilizing barrels from Kentucky, Scotland, Spain, Portugal and Hungary. This Masterclass is sure to be entertaining and delicious as Master Distiller Brennan Colebank pours his much-loved whiskies, including a new 2025 release!

Scotch Malt Whiskey Society $185 (includes Grand Tasting), 12 seats

Formed in 1983, The Scotch Malt Whiskey Society has believed in doing things differently. As unconventional whisky experts, they seek out whisky in its purest form, prize flavour above everything else and give each bottling a curious name. They’re united and constant in their passion – to share the world’s best whiskies, to bring them to life, and to make you proud to belong to the world’s most colourful whisky club. This Master Class offers an intimate venue, allowing participants to enjoy an in-depth exploration of the fine products represented.

You will be able to purchase some of the spirits from the Grand Tasting floor at Cascadia’s pop up shop.
